Large, reputable Federal Government Department requires a WebLogic Specialist due to an increase in projects currently underway.  The WebLogic Administrator will help with BAU activities whilst the current team focuses on delivering projects.  This position requires management and administration of the organisation's WebLogic systems, related software products and infrastructure. This includes applications running on WebLogic infrastructure.
Skills needed:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Industry. Experience may have been gained in financial services, a regulatory environment, corporation, government policy, or in corporate and commercial law.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting Oracle WebLogic infrastructure.
  • Experience with Java 7 is essential.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
  • Proven experience in development and implementation of operational standards and procedures for database systems and programming environments.
  • Proven track record in the provision of specialist advice and in the interpretation of legislation and industry knowledge to provide solutions and deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in effectively presenting complex information to different target audiences through strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
  • Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries.
  • Australian citizenship is required.
